Seventeen days of features, fixes and performance work, shown with the real app and synthetic data.
Each change was tested in Sandbox first, then promoted to Production.
From getting claims into the app to the reports leaders read.
One wizard for any practice export, safe re-uploads and archiving.
PM fields in every table, multi-practice users, reassignment from My Claims.
Native, versioned guides and comment templates for callers.
Analyst productivity, a faster Home page, branded exports and corrected reports.
Bug fixes, release controls and faster, safer deployments.
Admins load practice inventories without engineering help and without losing work already done.
Upload Claims opens this wizard with the practice already selected. The old upload modal is gone.
PM exports are all different. Now only 3 fields must be mapped. Every other column can be kept, mapped or discarded.
Claims are matched by their claim ID. If the same row comes in again, it is updated, not added a second time.
Weekly files are recognized even when the tab is renamed or the header row moves. If a file is unclear, the wizard asks instead of guessing.
A 27k-row file used to hit a database limit. Imports now save progress as they go and resume on their own if they are interrupted.
When a full inventory is uploaded, claims that are no longer in the file leave the work queues. Notes, assignments and reporting are kept.
Uploading a partial report? Uncheck the box and nothing is archived.
Review the changes, confirm them, and a new version of the format is saved.
The format is removed from future uploads. No claims are deleted.
Callers see the PM data they need, and every user sees exactly the practices they cover.
Imported columns can be added from the Columns menu. Each claim shows its own original PM values in one click.
Team leads and managers can cover several practices across different PM systems, all from one profile.
Callers with the Assign Claim permission can hand off work from their own queue. They don't need All Claims.
Callers follow one guide, fill one form and get a consistent comment.
Diagrams, conditional forms and payment calculators are now native and versioned. They open next to the claim.
The workflow writes the note directly into Final comment. The caller can still edit it, and nothing is saved until they save.
Admins see the caller's form and the final comment as they type. The preview never touches a real claim.
What is a guide? A help page in Healthcare AR that teaches one feature step by step. Anyone with the link can open it, and its examples never touch real claims.
The same guide, interactive examples included, adapts to small screens. Share the link with anyone.
Feature flags let us ship code early and choose when each environment gets it.
Native workflows are ready in Production. They switch on there when Product decides, with no release needed.
More accurate reports, a faster Home page and branded exports.
Work is credited to the person who did it, on the date it was done. Current assignment does not change the count.
Home no longer calculates values it never shows. While data refreshes, the cards stay on screen with a small “updating” note.
Median time to calculate a full inventory summary, measured read-only on production-scale data for practices with no recent activity.
Practice Dashboard now exports to Excel and PDF with charts. Team and Caller Productivity export to Excel.
Every category is included, not only the visible page. Exports contain no individual claims or patient data.
Each report calculates what its description says. If a metric can't be calculated from recorded data, it shows “Not available”.
Problems reported by the team, fixed and checked.
In Caller Productivity, the dropdown showed only four callers and could not scroll. It now scrolls through the whole list, and search still works.
Changing a user from Analyst to Caller reported success but didn't save. It now saves, and errors are shown.
Feedback, assignment and invitation emails now use the Healthcare AR name and brand.
The missing edit and delete icons are back, with a clear warning about what a delete removes.
User Management and Claims now show the same practice and PM counts for each user.
Each release was tested in Sandbox first, then promoted to Production.

Plus the public how-to guide, behind the native-workflows flag.
Caller Productivity lists every caller again.
Review and redesign the notes builder workflow (in progress).
A flag change, when Product is ready.
